We know you're feeling the effects of stress now more than ever, which means it's even more important to make sure you feel safe and comfortable, whether you're receiving services in one of our clinics, your home, or via Telehealth.
ACES is taking your health and safety seriously. We have implemented standards of care to ensure proper hygiene and social distancing takes place in all of our clinics and with in-home services. From one-on-one therapy to group programing, we are elevating the standards.
Face Coverings Required
We are following public health guidelines and requiring face coverings for staff, both in-clinic and in-home. Face coverings can be made of cloth. Homemade coverings, bandanas, scarves and neck gaiters are all OK.
Social Distancing
When entering an ACES location we have clearly defined six foot markers to keep family segments separated. We also monitor the number of people in any given location to ensure proper physical distancing is possible inside the clinic.
Pre-Session Screening
To ensure we continue to provide a safe environment for all, we require everyone to complete a health screening and acknowledgment prior to the start of all treatment sessions.
Sanitizing the Clinics
ACES disinfects all areas such as desks, bathrooms, common areas, and shared electronic equipment etc throughout the day and each night. We also limit use of items that can not easily be disinfected between use. For in-home services we encourage families to prepare by following the CDC's COVID-19 Cleaning Guidelines.
Proper Hygiene
All ACES offices have hand sanitizer available at the front desk. We require all ACES staff wash their hands frequently with soap and water, scrubbing for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer before and after each session.
