Our Values will Continue Amid Covid-19
Your Safety is ACES Top Priority
As we follow the coronavirus (Covid-19), we want you to know that the health and well-being of our clients and staff are our uncompromising priority. We are monitoring this ever-changing situation closely. In alignment with this priority and in conjunction with our core values of collaboration, results, and flexibility, we are dedicated to focusing our combined efforts to working on solutions, ensuring continued access to ABA care, while also minimizing risk to our clients and teams. With each new day and new piece of information, we are keeping these priorities and values in mind for every decision we make.
Precautions We are Taking
We know that cleanliness is more important than ever right now. On top of our regular cleaning procedures in our offices, we’re adding additional precautions to our routines to make them even more rigorous. This means;
- More time will be spent regularly cleaning and disinfecting high traffic surfaces,
- Hand sanitizers will be available at the front desk of each office
- Staff and clients entering the building will sign-in, attesting to health and low risk travel
- More frequent toy disinfecting protocols implemented throughout the day
- Gloves and mask dissemination, as appropriate
- Additional hand washing opportunities for all, layered into session schedules
- The implementation of “no-contact” greetings and reinforcement (e.g.wave, “air” 5, raise the roof)
Our Dedication to You
As you can imagine, in the healthcare service industry, decisions regarding this topic may be a bit more complex. We are dedicated to continuing to follow the current guidance from leading government and health authorities and if any region-specific recommendations are made by the CDC or by any local county Department of Public health, we will be sure to adhere to those recommendations and communicate any appropriate modifications to our services. ACES mission is elevating the standards in the treatment of autism and in the heart of our purpose, our plan is to continue to elevate the standards in the treatment of autism, even in these unprecedented times.
