ACES is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted with autism or other special needs. Today, ACES announced it has been recognized on Forbes magazine’s list of America’s Best Mid-sized Employers in 2021. ACES was first recognized on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Mid-sized Employers in 2019. Due to the pandemic, Forbes did not send out the survey in 2020.
Kristin Farmer, founder and CEO of ACES, said, “ACES is extremely proud of this honor, just as we are proud of our industry-leading retention rates for our licensed clinicians.” For 25 years, ACES has focused on providing the highest-quality autism care in America. Our teams and autism therapists are the special ingredient who make that happen, and I’m so grateful to them each day as they help ACES elevate the standards in the treatment of autism.”
Forbes partnered with the market analysis firm Statista to identify companies that are the best at making their workers really feel happy, inspired, and well-compensated. The checklist is launched yearly and represents the top 500 mid-sized firms (1,000 to 5,000 employees). Forbes surveyed more than 50,000 workers in America. The surveys had been distributed online to make sure the respondents provided their opinions without influence from their companies, and were answered anonymously. Questions asked included topics discussing company reputation, growth/advancement opportunities, salary, and working conditions.
